I wish to thank you for your patience as we move the administrative
operation of NIYPA to Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, Wisconsin.
This move creates many opportunities to expand our Academy with additional
sessions so more Native Youth can have the opportunity to attend. We are
also planning on Senior Academy sessions so those of you between 17 and 20
years of age can also take advantage of our program. We are also working
on a mobile training unit that will bring 3 day mini-academies to 25 to 30
tribal communities per year.
The 2004 Academy will take place in Seattle, Washington as planned though
we are running short of time because of this move. I can not guarantee
that we will receive your application materials if they were sent to the
www.tribaltraining.com site as we no longer control or monitor that site.
Please call to make sure we have received your application materials if
you sent them to the address in Monmouth, Oregon. Otherwise you can send

questions.
